THE KNIGHT BOOKS
Susan Benson and her husband, lighting designer Michael Whitfield, created “The Knight Book or Pun Gloria Ad Infinitum” and "The Knight Book or Several Knights Later". They have collaborated on many productions over the years including A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Mikado, The Gondoliers, Iolanthe, Cabaret, The Woman, The Golden Ass, Death in Venice and Madama Butterfly. Michael has also worked for many years with the great designer Desmond Heeley and it was Desmond who suggested that Michael’s ideas and humour should be published. |
